To further answer this question. I'm all about performance and the G just wasn't as good as its German counter parts and no where near as good as my 370Z for the long haul the G looks great aged very well but for performance not as fast as a 335i the after market community is ok but not what it should be etc etc. I could go on for hours but hey I still own mine but not for long.

Man this thread is old! I'd gladly buy my car again. I love the style, the creature features, the compliments I get and my ultimate favorite feature is the exhaust note with my mods. It cant be beat, not for me at least. All that being said, I'll probably get the Q60 Red Sport in a year or two when this one is paid off. I LOVE the new body.

I took my '09 G37 into the dealership to get the XM radio looked at, it breaks up too much for me. They can't find anything wrong with it. Eight years old and all they can offer is an diff oil change, cabin filter, or ?? Only 64K miles on it, I'd buy it again!
While mine's in the shop, I have a loaner 2016 G50 3.0 Turbo with 7,500 miles on it (the 300 HP /295 torque model) in my garage right now - and yeah, it's nice. Doesn't seem as solid on the road as the G37 but I'm sure it takes getting used to. It's base trim, window sticker in the glove box says $41,900. That's just too much $$, but wow, what a technological advance from 2009. The turbo broke the rear tires loose in 2nd gear on a dry road.

Never again. They don't stand behind there product. Bought my 09 new, garage kept. Less then 8 years old & 53,xxx miles on it & the dash is cracking all over. If that is what Nissan/Infinity thinks quality is, they can keep there cars. The more I research it, the bigger the problem seems to be. First time Infinity owner & last

So I am on my second G..My first was an 08 sport coupe.Asgard grey. Now sitting on a 13 xs coupe black..I feel in love with the G family as soon as I drove a 05 G35 coupe.I was hooked..I have had no issues with either of my G,s.Even in its aged long in the tooth body style it's still stupidly sexy.IMO..I will be keeping my xs coupe and am thinking of the red sport coupe next.Took the red sport coupe out today and OMFG,the 400 hp and 350 torque eas beautiful.Just waiting a few yrs to get bugs worked out if any..
