fitment question.. s bumper on my x?
whats up guys/gals. i have a 2009 g37x coupe and i want to replace my stock front bumper with the one from the g37S. will i run into any issues with fitment?
.. i have found the S bumpers on ebay for relatively cheap (around $250). Does anyone know of any other places that sell bumpers at a cheaper price? or perhaps any places that have pre-painted ones?
all help is appreciated

yea im thinking about having the bumper just do everything but i dont want to get too over charged. and i am going to sell my current bumper, but it has a little scratch and a small dent (you can see it in the pic - on the passenger side of the bumper, right in front of the front wheel on the lowest part of the bumper theres a little damage) so i dont know what to charge for it.
anyone who has done this swap before know how much it is typically? any pics of the S bumper on a white G are much appreciated as well!

for pics, just check out the gallery here on the site, a lot of the white g's are the sport type
idk how much a dealer would charge for a painted one, or if they would even be able to sell you one. but online a non-painted one is around $300 i believe.

are you looking to have them install it too? $600 seems reasonable as the part is around $300 unpainted. all depends on how much you find 'reasonable' though
the s bumper looks better than the stock non-s bumper, but ive seen a lip for the non-s that makes it look pretty damn good!

I did the same thing and I love it. There wasn't much out there for the non-s so i just did the switch. Around $600 sounds like a fair price, good luck

So the car is in the body shop now.. they called me and told me that they think the sport model has a different grill, and that the grill from the X will not fit.. is this legit? they are saying $320 for a new grill from inifiti.. i told them theres no way we would spend that on a grill, but shouldn't the stock grill just fit? why wouldn't it work? i realize its a different bumper but the grills look identical in size and shape..
