The dealer did my first oil change and they somehow magically loss 2 bolts.
wish I can buy this somewhere online so that I don't have to drive to the dealer, it is kinda out of the way between home / work. Google it for a while but couldn't fine any that looks like what we have for engine lower cover.

I was going 85+ and noticed that this was about to fall out. sounded like the windshield was going to collapse. Got underneath, found 3 out of the 4 bolts missing. I got some washers, and the bolts. Torque it up, hit 85 MPH and higher and all good to go!

The splash shield seems as if it is an annoyance to the person changing the oil. The first time I looked at the shield and its mounting hardware, I honestly felt like at some point in my car's past the person working on it said **** it and it ripped it down. I doubt any road debris would cause so much tearing at corners and incorrect sized hardware down there.
Thanks for the bolt sizing. I am going to take another look and try and get the correct hardware in there. I have some screws and zip ties holding it up since someone lost the hardware, or stripped the backing bolts.

Doesn't matter; a professional mechanic should replace every friggin' bolt or be hung from a tree...

Years ago when I lived in Miami I took my Fiat Spyder to a shop to get the plastic rear window replaced. When I got it back the rag top was all loose; I looked under the trim and the morons who did the work had replace only 2 out of 8 screws that secured it.
Fortunately, they were so lazy they had left the rest just lying on the floor under the rear seat cushion so I was able to replace them easily.
When I told the shop owner about it he just shrugged; I wanted to kill him...
