Road Tripping the Coupe

I've always wanted to go cross country driving and thinking that I should do it with the coupe since it is a relatively comfortable touring car (aside from tire roar). From Los Angeles to Nashville, TN. Anyone done this before? Any tips/advise on routes? interesting places to stop along the way?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section...not sure which would fit.

I-40 west is the shortest way but it's pretty boring. I-10 is more fun.
From Nashville take I-65 south to I-10 west, then all the fun starts from New Orleans. What do you want to see/do?

You should check out any meets that peeps post up here on MyG37, and attend some on the way. You'd meet members from all over, and get a nice lil photoshoot album with them as well!

As for the road trip itself, have fun bro...I can't wait to take a road trip in my G!

I drove mine from Soith Carolina to Colorado to Texas and back to South Carolina.

The G was amazing the entire time, the only problem i had was not opening it up to 130+ MPH. There was one instance i took it up to 125 just for ***** and giggles haha

Have an amazing time!!

I was thinking of doing the same thing man. I mean my car is low miles anyway (16k for an 08). I was thinking of going from MD to vegas up to colorado and back. Have a sick time and take lots of pics. Who will be your co-pilot?

IDK, after sitting in the car for more than 40 mins, it doesn't feel comfortable.

You're a pilot so the G's cockpit is more than enough for you.

When I drive for about an hour non-stop, mah butt and hips dont feel too comfortable.

The G is good enough for long drives, I constantly travel from NY to MD but I have plans to go to FL soon.

Thanks for all the replies..co pilot is the gf (she wont be driving, she can't drive MT). We are visiting her family and trying out something different. its 4000 miles and about a week long of driving. thanks for letting me know about the routes, any other point of interest? places to avoid? I do have a bit of worry about being a young-ish looking asian guy (30yo) and traveling to places where there isn't too many diversity..

I couldn't agree more.. I have tried TONS of different seating positions also.. Can't seem to find one that is comfortable for more than like 45mins..
