Warranty Service Issue

Right after I purchased my g37, I started to get a rattling noise from the steering wheel column. I brought it in for service to Cerritos Infiniti three separate times and they still haven't been able to resolve it. In fact, the problem is worse now and on top of that, when the steering column moves down after I get into my car, the steering column grinds into the dashboard making another sound. I've been working with Issac and I'm not too happy with the service I've been getting.

You guys have any suggestions? Should I talk to the service manager or should I just take it elsewhere? I'm about to just give up on the problem and deal with it since I'm sick of bringing it into the dealer. Knew Infiniti had rattling issues but not for a brand new car.

Thanks in advance guys.

Take it to the dealership and demand the problem get fix. before you drive away have them go for a test ride with you to make sure everything is how you want it. dont let the dealership push you around.

Deal with April, she's cool and knows her stuff. Isaac is a tosser.... Set up a time for the tech to test drive it with you.

Good luck, I've been chasing a similar noise for close to three years.
