Imma look into that, because if thats the case, I am not waiting for the 6K mile interval... ill change the oil asap, directly from a infiniti dealer.

Tell me what you guys think about this situation: Took my G into the dealership Friday morning at 7:30a.m for warranty work (im at 56,000 miles and im cutting it close). They tell me they dont have any loaners, so i have to ask for a ride to work. Don't hear anything all day Friday, all day Saturday, and they are closed on Sunday. So its Monday now, almost lunch time and still have heard nothing. Im about to call up there and ask what they hell is going on!!No loaner, no phone call and they have had my car for almost 3 days. WTF?? Am i over reacting?

Metro Infiniti has always asked me if I mind waiting for the oil change, or if I require a loaner. They should have given you a loaner right off the bat, seeing as they knew your car would be there for a night (weekend, for that matter).
I called Parkway (Valencia) because they're closer and was told that if I needed a loaner I could walk to Budget down the street (on their dollar). Miller (Van Nuys) made me wait an hour for an enterprise pick up, where I waited another hour for a car (Camry). Then I had to drop off the car, a repeat of steps one and two.

It all depneds on what the work is for. If they're missing a part and need to order it, it could take a few days. No part deliveries on the weekend so if they ordered it on Friday it may not arrive until today or tomorrow.
That said, did you ask how long the warranty work would take? Did the dealer tell you the car would be ready by a certain time?

Well after a lot of back and forth I was told that the parts didn't even come in for my car untill today (Monday) at noon. Best estimate is they will have it Wednesday or Thursday at best(Thursday would be a week at the dealer) So basically, they had my car Friday and Saturday for kicks and giggles. Im again told they have no loaners and will get me a rental from enterprise. I suck it up and just say any car, with a snow storm on the way, is better than nothing. 20 minutes after getting off the phone w the general manager a tech calls me and tells me it will be ready in and hour and a half! WTF??!! What kinda communication is going on at my dealership(my ex-dealership now) Go to pick up my car finally, they have washed it and swirled they hell out of it, when i asked them specifically not to TWICE....and to top it off they are giving out loaners to other customers left and right as i waited for my car to be drove around. Pearson Infiniti you are dead to me, thanks for the warranty work but PEACE!!
