Squeaking/Creaking from rear wheel area

Anyone getting squeaking/creaking noises from the rear wheel area when either first sitting down or bouncing a little in the driver's seat?

I brought it up to the dealer a while ago on my first oil change but they said it would eventually go away after the car "settles". Pretty much thought it was BS explanation back then and, unfortunately, I was right.

Is the parking brake on when it makes this noise? Might be the brake slipping a bit. Happens to mine sometimes.

That happens to me too! Is there a fix for this? I know its the parking brake because it doesnt happen when the parking brake isnt depressed.

Hmm, never thought to link it to the parking brake. My brakes do squeal a lot in reverse so this could be the issue.

Thanks!
