I can't believe they're bringing back the terrible scratch shield paint. It's a PIA to correct when it gets swirls (and it DOES get swirls!), and it's ability to correct itself is nearly nonexistent.

One step forward, two steps back...

I'm curious to see how the '11 looks. It might look fantastic or it might look horrible. I hate the job they did on the anniversary model's nose (no offense to anyone who happens to own one) and it's possible that they'll mess up the nose on the '11 too. I'm also curious to see the new 19" wheels. The current 19" wheels will be hard to improve upon, as I think they are one of the nicest stock wheels on any car today.

So I'll be sitting in the shadows waiting to see the changes.

Changes for 2011 coupe include:
  • Sport Package now offered on G37 Coupe AWD models
  • Navigation Package content now standard on G37 Coupe Sport 6MT
  • Revised front fascia design (Sport and non-Sport) with fog lights moved from inside the headlight to the lower fascia area
  • Revised 18-inch and 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheel designs
  • Standard Scratch Shield Paint on all models
  • Two new exterior colors: Malbec Black and Lapis Blue
The "no major redesign" is already a given. I wouldn't expect newly redesigned G to comeout in 2013 or 2014.

I hope they don't derive the revised front from the anniversary edition. And I can't wait to see the foglights in the lower fascia since that's what I've been waiting for! Hopefully, it would be an easy retrofit into our G's.

I think we're talking about the coupe anniversary model. It's quite a mess to my eyes.

This is outstanding news!!!

My lease on my 08 sedan is up next Feb. I just test drove the 2010 coupe when I was in for service (waiting around) yesterday. The saleswoman said Infiniti will pay 3 months to get me out of my lease. I am in no hurry to get out of my lease at all.

I liked the coupe. The growl from the engine was great. The one big thing was I already have the 18 coupe wheels on my sedan and I don't want to get an X coupe with the same wheels since I like to use one as winters and a more aggressive choice for summer is nice.

If I wait for the 2011 I hope the X coupe package has nicer wheels. I am hoping 19's. Then I can keep my coupe 18 for winter use. Perfect. So glad I read this. haha.

New owner here and I'm relieved even tho the OCD in me wants to have 'the latest'.

Here's hoping for an easy fascia swap =D

Malbec black, nice.

Yeah, I second that about the wheels! If I had to go aftermarket I would pick something like the oem wheels but maybe in a different shade like graphite!

But I think they may have borrowed design idea from Lexus!

Lol, I'm finding it tough to decide on the color I want now...
