Hi, I have a 2010 G37x rebuild with tech package, so no warranty. My cruise control laser sensor is working but is incorrectly aimed - it slows the car if there is another car in the slow lane. Is there a way to adjust the sensor aim? Can someone send me a picture of what the sensor looks like?

If not, I guess I can always use conventional cruise control, but it would be good to use the adaptive cruise control if the sensor was properly aligned.

Thanks,
GMS

Sorry, I don't understand what AT or MT is. There are a couple of downhills that I have to watch my speed carefully because I know there is a cop at the bottom with his pen and pad in his hand. Speed limit is 70 there so I set my cruse on 70. Before I know it, I'm going 85..... Whoa!

Thanks Black Betty

Did you ever get an answer to your question #2; my cruise is doing the same thing you complained about?

Thanks! Nightmare413

Smile FTW Adaptive Cruise :)

Sorry if im jumping in here, but i recently converted to the sport bumper on my 09 X coupe , i made sure i bought the grill and re-aligned my adaptive cruise unit with the new bumper and had infiniti calibrate it .

I honestly love this feature, i don't see anything wrong with it....

To the OP if honestly you find this distracting i'm guessing a manual transmission would drive you crazy

In my opinion again i think it's a great feature to have in our cars for those who have it

Uhh, not thread jacking but I "think" I have adaptive cruise. I have an '09 and there is a black plastic shield looking thing in my lower grill. How do I verify if I have adaptive or not?

Ohh, I don't have that button with the sensor looking thing on it. Weird, because there definitely looks like a sensor in the front grill.
