your first problem is you think the cars in F+F look cool...
the Z and the G are made for different things. The Z is an aggressive 16 y/o's sports car and the G is a more luxurious car that can still hold it's own. Can the G be aggressive and look awesome? Absolutely, but it won't happen overnight.

That's true...it does look better with the top down. But still, I don't see anyone giving it a second look either way...
I think the OP would have to mod just about ANY car to get the kind of reaction he wants from other people. That kind of thing really means nothing to me because I buy a car for how much it turns MY head and I don't care what other people think.

Ha ha, everwhere I go people immediatly know my car is modded. Even if you overlook the 20 red LEDs in my headlights, it still doesnt blend very well.

I have a few questions...
Why is it a competition? How old are you and your brother?
From whom are the looks and comments on your brother's ride coming? I can see Z guys complimenting him on his wheels, but the kit? I bet 8 out of 10 of them would not. The VIII Veilside kit is not a fan favorite amongst Z guys. Just saying...
Why did you choose a G if you like the Z so much (or the attention the Z gets)?
The G is a sharp-looking, classy ride. If you're looking for it to turn heads, honestly, just keep it clean and shiny. If you want the tuner look your brother seems to be going for, do an aggressive drop and put some low-offset wheels on it. Sometimes it's not in what you do to the car, it's what you decide not to do...

You're on the right track OP... you want people to give your car a second look... be worth it.

Not sure why that would crack you up. Not everybody gets a boner for the type of modding that you like. Personally, I think some cars are modded to the point that they are tacky. But hey, we're all different and there's really nothing wrong with leaving your car bone stock, modding it to an extreme, or anywhere in between....
