Almost grinding like sound

Whenever my steering wheel is turned far to the right, especially when im making a sharp right turn I can hear a clinking metallic noise. This only occurs when i make sharp right turns, left turns are not affected. The noise seems to come from the front left fender well but I have investigated it and it seems to be all in order. What can cause the noise?

By the way my car is not dropped, the probably started recently, I have stock rims (G37S) but with 245 in the front.

thanks

What is a Soung? Sorry, just couldn't resist going there

Could be many things, brake parts, bearings etc. It could just be something caught and rubbing you picked up on the road somewhere. You need to take it to a dealer or trusted mechanic and have it inspected very soon, or at least jack it up and take a look yourself. Don't drive it around like that because the repairs could get more costly. Also, you don't want to be stranded or have an accident somewhere.

I jacked the car up, dismounted the wheel and found nothing wrong.

I doubt it. They dont touch it when its turned all way the to the right besides many people have 245 in front; even people with 245 in front on Eibach Pro Kits dont have rubbing problems.
