2010 G37S Anniversary Edition and new Aero package

Oh Infiniti always pulls this crap when it has even refreshes let alone remodels. Give it about six months and that price will come down a ton. Look at the new M56 they want $71k for with all the options. Just wait for the supply to catch up and pass demand then you are in the drivers seat.

The chrome on the front intake vents is lame. The design really does not flow that well with the car IMO. I'm surprised by how much I don't like it. There are a lot better body kits that would look much better.

With reference to price, although this is a limited run production, there is not a premium charge- the pricing within $100 of a G37 Coupe that is similarly equipped :
<o></o>
Base G37 Coupe $37,500
Sport Package $1,850
Premium Package $2,900
Navigation Package $1,850
Maple wood trim $550
Rear deck spoiler $550
Aero Package $3,950
4-whee Active Steer $1,300 (2009 pricing. Not available as stand along option in 2010)
Destination charge $865
_______
TOTAL MSRP $51,315
ANNIVERSARY EDITION PRICE $51,415
The Monaco Red leather and smoke red Maple wood is what makes this car unique. What is also unique is that it has 4wheel Active Steer which cannot be ordered for 2010. When viewed this way, it could be considered a deal.
This car is for someone who wants a fully equipped G37S Coupe that is unlike any other, off the showroom floor. Of course whoever owns a car like this would likely only use it as a starting point for mods.
The Anniversary Edition represents less than .5% of model production, so Infiniti does not expect it to be for everybody, roughly one per dealer for the year.

I think it ugly as hell. The front end looks like the cow catcher on an old steam locomotive and the red seats just look out of place. The sleek lines of the car have been ruined by a bunch of add on crap.

The graphite shadow is a nice color but does everyone know why the heck Infiniti is always releasing a similar shade of grey??
Diamond Graphite, Amethyst Graphite, Graphite Shadow.... they all look so similar. They should keep one of the above and release a darker grey or gunmetallic color.

That being said, the red seats would look great against the grey color. The red could be a bit darker, but looks okay as is. Red is not for everyone.
