In my experience, a lot of cars that know they're slower than you start driving less aggresively when they see you pull up next to them at the light. Like they'll be driving aggressively when they don't see me, then when they see me next to them at a stoplight, they drive more conservative after. I'm talking about cars like riced up Civics, etc.

- It is very easy to drive over speed limit and tough under
- Police taking closer looks on coupes somehow especially in NJ
- Smaller cabin in coupe causing more troubles for big driver with blind spots
- Yep. Had it off with a weak Mustang today.
- Definitely, but fortunately, I'm quick to correct it.
- Hell yes. I had one trail me for a mile or so. He was just waiting for me to floor it...loser. He got bored and left.
- Ehh, I'm pretty small..

I don't think 335is much faster car, difference is 0.2 - 0.4 sec with G37. I saw tests showing G37 coupe making 0-60 in 5.0 and 335 in 4.8. Very tiny difference, making small twicks and on good tires that would be not easy to win for 335. M3? I would like to see how M3 would do against Nissan GT-R

-Cube (wtf!), Chevy Silverado SS, Civic Si's, A4's, 325's/28's (I think the 335's are worried about getting burned ), nearly any numbnut that thinks he's a race car driver. Even some jerk in a raised Chevy (silver with a big anarchy symbol on the gate)
-the car wants to go.
-cops are on me like flies on ...
-6'2", 220, no probs

Well . . . from a light, it's hard to beat 335s . . . all them torque they have . . . and I wasn't about to go to 120 on local . . . this was during my trip to mexico of course . . .

I use to race carting back in europe for a while and I could say for sure when such difference as 0.2/0.4 sec - most important is your tranny gears shifting skills, transmission responce and tires but not tourque. You would need lot torque to tow something heavy not to race. Sure, 335 great car but overprised with useless BMW options. But again in this respect GT-R will beat any BMW, it is faster than most Ferrari's as well.

4) i agree with the blind spots. i leave my blinkers on for this reason so drivers know to keep away from my blind spots.
Hilarious!!

Agree, hate this this box on wheels (Cube) , Civic's especially with aftermarket pipes making strange 4 cilinder noise trying to race my coupe...

- Nobody whos ever lined up with me, although I've noticed cars in front of me tend to accelerate hard at the light
- Yes, I tend to avoid highways for this reason, but when on them I use cruise control, problem solved
- I've blown by some cops and no problems and I live in NJ, and i dont have any tags at all, just an expired temp that sits on the speaker in the back and 2 plates in my trunk.
- Adjust those mirrors man, you shouldnt be able to see the car behind you in your side mirrors (I'm 6'3 and have plenty of room even when sitting up straight)

Re: radar detector - get a Valentine One, worth the investment. Saved me at least 3 tickets last year. Best is that you cannot get caught at night either - seems a favorite time for police to pull over people around here. I guess if you don't see them you don't slow down....
