65mph zone doubles fines in NJ, plus all this court surcharges plus attorney $300.... So, 0 points but cost lot.

wow...when I got mine I was driving through Kansas...all I had to do was mail it in w/ and extra $100 and it was thrown out (so $227 total for them to rip it up)

Going to court for a traffic ticket is never worth it IMO...there's always cheaper ways to get it reduced/zero points

In NJ, tickets for 65mph zone automatically requared court attandance, I guess always better way but if you are paying incurance for 3 cars increasing this amount for 39 month cost more than I paid.
I know it is brutal, but welcome to NJ everybody ....

They can, but you have to pay out the wazoo for an attorney.

The handfull of times I've actually gotten a ticket (most of the time I show my mil ID and they just let me go) I've shown up at wherever it says to pay the ticket, pay a couple bucks extra and they tear it up and it never goes on your record.

It was while dark evening, no radar been used by police he just followed me. Unfortunatly we don't have low that judge should not trust police if no radar or video tape as in Europe. Technically police could say anything and any speed, that is what they did. I drove around 80mph, he said 90 .... whatever ...

Than probably you talked to the procecutor/paid ticket, in my case I prefer to pay attorney to do so. Everybody should do their job!
Also we have low preventing redusing points to 0 more than 2 times in 5 years period. I am in range now ...

I talked to a secretary, I was in the building for maybe 5 minutes. I can't understand what you are typing, do you mean lower or lawyer?

Either way, NJ sucks with traffic laws, sorry
