I have a 2009 and drove a 2010 sedan as a loaner while I got an oil change and had it all day to drive. I don't think it really is that big of a difference. I like the 09's gauges and the Washi better than the aluminum but that is me. I did like the console better except the chrome ridges on the sides of the shifter column should be aluminum instead of plastic. A big difference is the auto shifter **** is much more durable than the 07-09 shifters that dent and peel so easy.

I feel that the traditional cluster scheme of the 08-09s work better for me cuz the orange needles stick out in your peripheral vision better for shifting attentive to RPMs. Otherwise I feel white needles blend in with the white tachometers more The red gauge in the center also looks more traditional-tech, kind of reminds me of the BMW's traditional scheme.

Red needles on the black insruments is classic. The white needles remind me of my Dad's Jag. More luxury oriented than sporty. I think it boils down to what you think your car should be. Red=quick need of info vs. White=just knowing where you are at.

I agree, the white looks similiar to the guages in my s-type jag. At night though the needles glow orange

Doesn't the mustang have some ambient lighting stock that you can switch between blue/red/white etc? lol, looked kinda cheap but maybe just being able to change the gear cluster colors would be cool
