What the fastest way to lightly mod the G37?
Hi I have 08G37 S AT PG. I wanted to change a little bit of the car, not to go to crazy. This is my daily car, live in Northeast Jersey/NYC so the roads are not the greatest. Also wanted to keep the ride quality as close to the S springs. I thought off getting eibach pro, 35% tint all around( which film is good, I saw a member here with formula one tine), looks elegant. 20mm spacers. JP front lip. That's pretty mucht it. If I could change the exhaust i was thinking Greddy TI-C. My budget max would probably mayber near $2K. So what should I do first?
Anybody has Vossens VVS84 in 19" with pictures, i love those wheels!

Vossens alone are around 2g's man. I'd say if u don't wanna go to crazy just go with tint, spacers for ur stock wheels, a drop (eibachs) and a cool exhaust, maybe some overlays as well.

You gotta be careful man, I was in your shoes as well. Now, I've spent muchore on the car and I still feel there's so much more to do . That mod bug bites and it bites hard. For 2G's, you can go with tint, eibachs, greddy's, possibly spacers. At least for now.

Yeah I know those vossens are like 2K alone. So I figure i'll just go with the drop, tint, spacers, and exhaust. I'm not that great with the specs etc. I do PET/CT diagnostic Imaging, so maybe we can exchange a set of wheels for a full body PET/CT scan lol. Anybody familiar with formula one tint, are those good? I was thinking go to 180custom in brooklyn for these mods. What you think is more classy looking the JP lip, or iron man lip. I was told the iron man lip sit's 1 more inch lower. As far as the exhaust, from reading online and hearing video's the greddy ti-c sounds nice. They have another one greddy TE? But i think from the readers, the Ti-C sounds more aggresive. What you guys recommend for spacers size?

My first mods on my coupe will be:
1. Upgrade Intake (Since stock exhaust is excellent, a deeper breath helps)
2. Upgrade Tires (I dig OEM 19's, but like 245/40/19 - 275/35/19 footprint)
3. Tint... Back 20% likely 35% on doors. Its ticket city here in NJ even on doors

tint, eibach pro, spacers, wider tires on stock wheels (sell your stock tires if possible). i like the lips but they all sit lower than the sides which i dont like. that should leave you with $500-1000 depending on what you can get for your tires. i know i fully modded my car for only about $3-4k total.

I'm still looking around at exhaust systems. I have an '08 S and so far Magnaflow is the one I actually heard (and took a 20 minute test drive) that isn't too loud. How many miles on yours, where are you located and how much are you asking?

i have a 08 journey with a custom exhuast made from express proformance with no mufler and it was loud ended up going to another shop and they put in a mulfer for me (kept gettin pulled over) my vossens cost me 3gs and just installed a stillen gen 3 intake (650 installed) which gave me so much power it was well worth it. mainly go for intake and exhuast first worry about rims later if you care more about proformance than looks

Was about to say the same thing. Living in the Northeast do you park in a garage or somewhere else that's relatively safe? Do you have friends/relatives that live in shady areas/towns? Wheels and electronics get stolen with the quickness the closer you are to NY so I'd take all of that into consideration before dropping that much on wheels...they are sexy though lol.
