(G37S coupe) Does anyone know what they are for?? There's nothing there. On the sedan (at least the older ones) there are fog lights. On my 2010 coupe the fog lights are in the headlamp assembly.

Perhaps the bigger question is what should I do with them?

I think there is a thread already about the fake air vents. They are for, well, nothing. If you find something nifty to do with them let us know

That would be the most appropriate use for them... Especially given
the dual intake on this car... Perhaps it was the designers fantasy

They were functional on the coupe concept, but were probably eliminated to cut costs.

a few random people have made custom fogs for them, I saw one person that opened them up to allow cooling for the brakes...but as of right now, they are asthetic and that's it

In Japan they have several different fog lights that you can buy and put in there.

Do you recall that function? Seems to me a great place for Fogs...
I can't believe nobody had come up with a nice fog to fill that entire opening.
Something with LED's the latest craze would be cool

There were ducts either for intake or brakes, dont remember.

People have put fogs in there

People have put LEDs in there

Pretty much everything you can think of, has been done or tried by someone. Usually a crazy asian of damn camel jockeys.

im thinking of using some dark window screen to replace this for more cooling. I want to change all the hard black plastic to the window screen. it would breath and not really be able to see threw it. what you think?

I pulled off the plastic and put mesh there to allow more air for the Injens.
