Feel bad as a G37x Coupe owner

Eh, my "tactics" have served me well for a few years, and that goes back to an '08 Armada LE (that was totaled while parked at the mall).
I don't believe that the "well-off" are the ones tagging on freeway signs, vandalizing schools/office buildings/homes, scratching their names in the bathroom tile/mirrors, or keying another's car, but I guess I could be wrong.

I love my car.... it's got its faults and flaws but it's a great car.
I still park far from people, I still keep my fingers away from the paint/door when I close the door. I close the trunk from the "inside", I don't touch the paint exterior.
I try not to scuff the rims when I parallel park. I dust the interior every 3 or so days.

I have my G37x less than one week and I can really relate to this thread.
Coming from an EX I don't have much trouble knowing the controls. I've been busy trying to find just the right seating position. I use the first seat memory for one position and the other for a little different position. Back and forth. Once I decide on the right position, that will stay as memory one and memory two will be steering all the way up / seat all the way back for easy exit and entry. Standard comfort option on the EX.
Nice to find out that I'm not the only nut out there.

I've had this problem ever since the 03 G35 sedan came out.
Then they introduced the damn coupe later that year.
So the 03 G35 sedan (bought 5/02), lead to an 03 G35 coupe (ordered 12/02), and that lead to an 06 FX35, which lead to an 08 G37 coupe.
I haven't been able to find a safe place to park for 8 years.

I already have a huge sctrach thanks to bouncing rocks from a bunch of cars in front of me one night on a highway. Figures it'd hit where my clear bra doesn't protect!!! My wife laughed when she saw it because I made it out as if my car was wreaked. lol
Of course I still am paranoid about other sratches, but it does take the pressure off.
The big thing for me is to not curb my rims!!! No curbside parking for me.

That guy who parked the BMW like that is a tool and got a really good wake up call.
This is how it's done on a parking deck (at Philips Arena btw)
The last spot in the row as it meets the wall. Big empty space on one side, big enough to cross over into. Not sure if anyone noticed how close the other car is to the line. That's just a door ding waiting to happen if you park in the lines and other drivers/passengers are careless! There may be cases where I personally don't take two spots e.g. if the lines between the spots are clearly wide enough.
Ding free and smart double spot taking
