You found yourself looking at your tail lights in front of you, didn't you? LOL. Practice in a parking lot far away from traffic, people, and curbs till you get the hang of RWD and are able to control the tail end.
I have been driving FWD cars all of my driving career since 1999. I got my G37 two weeks ago as my first RWD car. Lets say I tried to be funny and turn off the traction control today while leaving a parking lot........FAIL... my life flashed before my eyes.. SMH
I don't take the traction control off unless I take my car to the beach. Try it and you will realize its quite addicting and awesome. Maybe its not the best thing for the car but I don't care.
lol im 17 and i can control it...... no offense buddy
Just when I though I was done laughing, I read this.....AHHH the
memories. When I was seventeen I couldn't control anything
in this order: My mouth, My money, My *****, or my car

^ lmao
its also kind of fun when your rear tires are bald and its wet outside. WITH traction control on... but that crosses over into a whole other safety issue lol
Growing up almost all cars were RWD. Traction control wasn't even a thought in an engineers head. Chicago winters = see how long you can keep the car going sideways...
Throw some dubs on there....that'll keep you from roasting tires. I wouldn't dare roast the tires on my Vossens....of course their not sitting on much sidewall either
it is more fun to play with it off with a few inches of snow and an open parking lot. Me and a guy I work with has a 350z...bored at work, decided to drift in the parking lot since the plow only did a circle and left. Pretty good times since no other cars were near the plowed area.
Definitely practice before going near stuff that will hurt the car. It turns into alot of fun lol
