If you would have said that the first time it would have been a smoking gun. As I had posted, with ALL power going out (interior lights, etc) means the entire power circuit opened which is what typically happens when the common ground opens. I've also mentioned several times (and posted the service manual section in my profile pics) that you should not install a ground kit between the battery neg terminal and chassis ground because these cars have a variable voltage control system with a current sensor between the battery neg terminal and chassis. This system controls alternator voltage output. By installing an aftermarket ground at the battery terminal you're bypassing that sensor and defeating the VVC system which will impact the charging system and likely the voltage levels. The owners manual explicitly warns about bypassing this feature and not to ground anything directly to the battery neg terminal.

Hey Guys! So i have an Infiniti G37x AWD and 3 days ago i was driving it fine.. i came to a red light and out of nowhere the rpms dropped and it completely shut off, Started back up in (Park) and put it back on Drive snd again Rpms dropped and shut off, This also happens when i put the car in Reverse, Took it to the shop and Mechanics are saying it’s transmission. Does anyone know what it could be? Or has anyone experienced the same issue?? Please let me know!

Call AAA and have the vehicle towed to your nearest Infiniti dealer and get a second opinion. A Nissan dealer might be cheaper but if it were mine, I'd choose Infiniti.
If it is a transmission you can then decide which shop can do the work. Might be time to start looking for another vehicle if the repair cost is too high?
