Infiniti Roadside Assistance Valid for imported Car in Canada from the US?

Hi All,

Is the Infiniti Roadside Assistance valid for an imported Car in Canada from the US?

The warranty booklet doesn't seem to be too clear about that. I know the warranty is valid. How about a US purchased infiniti licensed in Canada?

Yes, it is! I have already tried it!

If you import a car into Canada from US, it has to be licensed in Canada (get provincial plates). So I'm not sure what you mean by your second question!

I purchased my G37 in Cali, and imported it to Vancouver, Canada.

I know the warranty works, but what about roadside assistance and will the dealer give us loaners as well?

I can't say for certain, but I can't see why they wouldn't! What would happen if an American was up in B.C. with his G37, and it broke down? I would think that the roadside assistance would still apply, and the dealer should still give you a loaner!

Now I'm not the main driver of my G37x (my mom is), I have a 2009 Subaru STI. Basically they said that no matter where were in North America, we were covered by roadside assistance, and a rental car would always be provided for us. Now Subaru's roadside assistance is in partnership with CAA or something like that, so basically you have coverage everywhere. I would hope that Infiniti is the same way!
