Glad your not seriously injured Retromoe, but have your hip examined. You can still be injured even in low speed incidents. There doesn't look to be any structural damage but have it checked thoroughly anyway.

What's weird is my cousin is staying at my house for several weeks while he works a job near where I live. He got rear ended this morning. Be careful.

i had almost the same thing your looking to get around 6 to 8 gs trust me sounds alot but thats how its going to come out if u need a good body shop let me know

ah man im sorry to see that, i feel your pain. i was in an accident not too long ago. I was at a 4 way, and a bus was in the lane beside me dropping people off, i continues through and a lady ran a stop sign and hit my 2005 fx35. the damage was 29000 dollars so the SUV was a right off. I was so mad, but atleast ive ordered a G37x. But still i know how you feel, its so frustrating to be in an accident when its not your fault and theres not really anything you can do. From the pics it sounds like the bus impacted the wheel. I don't see any damage to the wheel. If the wheel was hit, you are going to have to completely replace all rear right suspension and the parts costs will add up quickly.

Weird street - From your description, the right lane is a bus lane and the lane adjacent (left of it), is the right turn lane? So you are forced to turn in front of buses? Just dumb!

Still on the hunt for the police to re-amend the police report, so i'm still waiting here.

Car went in for work last thursday, I checked back on her today and its almost complete. Officer still didn't respond to the 500 msgs i left her to have my police report amended but no answer.
