No, it does not...
After tear down they see the entire front has shifted so the body is bent (I was spinning when I hit the wall). Also, after removing carpet in trucnk etc. you can see crinkles in the metal back there. Under the car is all damaged, the exhaust is toast too.

Estimate for repairs $29,211; car valued at $34,000; it's officially declared a totals loss.

This is a huge part of what makes car insurance so expensive. Glad your ok.

Yes it is!
Last year I hit a car crossing the freeway sideways... She was drunk, under age, here illegally, her car note had not been paid in months, she had no insurance.

Thanks for all the positive feedback and kind words etc.
Here are the first pics I have of my New 09 G... The camera was not so good but I'll post some good ones later.
Of course Since I bought this G it's been raining everyday here...

Here are the first pics as they pull it out of the show room...

The new G looks stunning- how long did it take for the insurance Co to kick in and cover you..?

congrats on the new ride! so did the insurance for your old G? it was not totalled correct?so they'll fix that,, then you bought another G. ---- then in the end,, you'll have 2! hahah im confused

All Infiniti Financial needed was a letter stating the car was declared totaled to finance a new car... The payment has not been made yet but it's coming.
Progressive has until Oct. 8 to pay it off or I will need to pay another note on the old one; they promise it will all be done before the 10th.
