Anyone had any experience with their vehicle being damaged by a company car? I hate to sound like a noob but this is the first time something like this has ever happened to one of my vehicles.

+ i guess the bodyshop will contact D2 for a new back wheel. Didn't come up on camera but there are a couple of gashes on the rear wheel.
When my new wheels come in I need to add them to my insurance bc of things like this

The dealer can probably recommend a good body shop. I'm pretty sure SABS does wheel repair for some the the Houston dealers.

Probability that they will paint the entire rear bumper and not just the side that was hit? I'm going to make a point to request the entire bumper be sprayed.

I was having the same curiosity, for my part, I was wondering if the said culprit was - Caucasian, African American, Latino, Mid-Eastern - would there be any mentioning of it. Not to put DrJones on the spot, just curious that's all; putting things 'into context'

If he was black, I wouldve said it, if he was cuban I wouldve said it. I just cant believe someone would say why does it matter that he was asian, thats just plain stupid. People always looking to make a buck nowadays and claim racial profiling. Try that **** with me on the street while Im on duty.... thats just me of course

I think you're very correct, and there are people who can and try to use every excuse to make money. On the other hand, we all stereotype, that's just how our brain works. I think my part of questioning why in this context - forum discussion vs. police report - race was mention (in a parenthesis). Does the fact that he hit a car have something to do with his race or he hit a car and he happened to be asian? I don't think that line of reasoning was meant to be stupid or make a few dollars, do you?!

No but sometimes people say it with no harm/pun intended, its the people that think more of the situation that have the problem.

Guys please put an end to the whole racial discussion you have going on and stick to topic, if you feel the need to discuss, start a new thread ("somebody gonna get banned real bad though haha" - Russell Peters)

I'd say the guy that left the note and did what he could to make it right is a stand up guy, maybe not a good driver, but ya gotta give him credit.

I've had similar damage on a few company cars. Never by anyone that honest.
