I would even jump at the $27.5 price. I had a 08 with 3200 miles. Journey, sport, Premium, Stickered for $44,020 got it for $39,200 drove it or Parked it for 8 months. Trade in value was $31k. Like WhosUrBuddiee say, you are prb pushing it to get 28k

Oh, btw, thats why I didnt get an Infiniti back, I cant stand how a "luxury Japanese" car losing value like an American Car in a short year. I know, first year ownership takes the biggest hit but come on now, I called 5 local Infiniti Dealer, trade in for my car was ranging from $28k to $31k. I kept asking them,,,, $44k Msrp G37 with 3200miles!!! only $30k? All of them said, Yeah!!!

Go buy a 6spd manual sedan, they are definitely not overstock, I bet you trade in value is even worse for the G37 6spd sedan. Dont get me wrong bro, I like infiniti alot, thats why im still on this forum even though I dont have an infiniti anymore. I just cant belive for a car thats like the best bang for the buck, one of the most optioned out car, good looks, etc....... The resale value of this car shouldnt be this horrible. We did not buy a Chrysler Sebring!!!

yeah, I was trying to get out of my lease after only 7 months (2nd child on the way, a little unexpectedly) and realized the nasty hit I would take. Thankfully I got my car for such a low price it's almost doable. My lease payment is $454 a month for a $43,000 fully loaded (except tech) 6 m/t with spoiler. I only put a $1000 down, but all of that went to paying the lease fees and first months payment. I'm thinking about leasetrader, but thanks to the horrible policies of IFS my name will still be on the lease after I trade it, so if the new owner is late, I get dinged for it too.
I think my final price was about $38k and my residual is only $24,800. I think if I private sold it I might get $32-33k, but the problem is that because of all of their early cancellation fees I have to give them $37k. Kinda blows.
Anyone want to trade a 4 door for a coupe?

You must be in an area where the demand for G37s are kinda high. I was also informed that 6 spd coupes are worth alot more money over the automatics. the funny thing is when it comes to sedan, the automatics are worth more than the 6spd. Its all due to supply and demand. Regarding the price of your new car, its about right, keep in mind Infiniti are having alot of rebates and manufacture incentives. go to kbb.com and check out the incentives Infiniti are having for ALL of their cars...

Well if you look at my other threads you will see what happened and why I traded in. Plus for the price I get an AWD model and no miles for a loss of 9 grand. Seems pretty reasonable to me for 2 years of enjoying the S. In this deal I'm pretty sure they got the worst of it.

I doubt many people at the moment would buy a used one specd out like mine for more than 32. Seeing that you can buy a brand new one for 35.
Not sure but I'm gonna call bs on buying for 27 and selling 24. I don't think any car depreciates that slowly and if it's true you found a lucky sucker.
