The service saga continues

Well as a few of u know I have had nothing but trouble & headaches w/ getting my car serviced & well this incident takes the cake. I go to get my loaner & well when I mention that I have a vacation to disney they tell me that I have to bring the car back b/c it will be ready tomorrow & if I dont they will charge me $50 a day for everyday I dont bring the car back. So I tell them if they could me some courtesy & just let me bring the car on monday b/c I need a car for Sun & to pick mine up on Mon. They just kept giving me the same bs & well heres the icing on the cake when I get the loaner its dirty & smells nasty & in the trunk I discover an empty bottle of vodka when I get to work. If I would have been pulled over I could have been arrested; b/c of Florida's Open Bottle Law...lol I hate Infiniti

Was it South Motors Infiniti? They still use 07 loaners. Yuck, smelly and banged up interiors.

So this is one thing I've noticed from Infiniti. Every single time I've ever picked up a loaner it was been dirty (both inside and out). Do they not take pride in their product?

yup sure is South Motors... my favorite now is that they call me to tell me that my car is ready, but there is still a part broken on it & that I need to bring it back in a week & half to complete my service...lol... they are on crack to think im wasting my time picking up a car that has unfinished service... God I cant wait to get out of this thing & into something else

I have to agree. South Motors Infiniti Service is horrible. I wish I didn't live 20+ miles from the other S. Florida dealers. Anyone having a hard time making an appointment with them? The service jerks never answer the phone and never reply to voicemails. My last oil change appt, I had to go in and make the appointment with the service manager. Not even an apology. Sometimes I feel like I'm driving a Hyundai or Kia with the level of customer service South Motors gives their clients.

The loaners that i've had (ranging from 07 G35's to EX35's, to FX35's, etc.) have all been filthy. I have not had a clean one yet. It amazes me that Infiniti takes no pride in their loaner fleet. The last G that i had as a loner had an ashtray that was COMPLETELY FULL and ashes all over the place. I was not happy. The loaners I got when I took my Pontiac in for service were always spotless. I would have expected a dirty car from them, not Infiniti.

I have- it does no good. I just makes upper management mad and then they call me and tell me that I cannot take my car there for service anymore (that has happened once). Its not worth the hassle.

They called me for my first appointment (maybe since I'm a new owner, they treat u a lil better) and I told them I would call them back. I called them back the next day and no answer when transferred to service. I used their web form to submit a service request and when I clicked submit, there was an error. To my surprise, they called me back the next day to set up an appointment because they received my web submission. So far for the 3 times I had to go in, they have treated me ok.

In light of everything, the poor service at South Motors is expected. I'm sure it's no different at Warren Henry. I've lived in Miami for over 20 years and each year it gets worst. There are so many incompetent people in positions they shouldn't have. I love Miami, but many of the people that live and work down here are scum.

Just my two cents....

hey sorry to hear about your lvl of service if only there were more dealers that cared about the customers and the major corporation they represent.. i cant really do anything to help other then let my mom know about their service, she works for the nissan / infiniti corporate offices here in dallas but they talk to all the dealerships accross the united states.. but maybe eventually the more and more complaints they get maybe they will drop that dealer.. cause ive never had any problems with dealers here.. but thats just here..
