hey man thanks for the info, i personally feel there should be some kind of pressure switch or something to stop the seat but thats my opinion, also i explained the situation to my mom cause she works for nmac.. and they are always asking us about our cars and stuff like that..shes gonna talk to a few of the bosses about the saftey issue..she works on the corporate side of nissan so who knows what will happen.. i know one voice might not make a difference but i can at least try..

For those with kids may understand, you can't stop a kid from every thing. If I did that, it would be "no stop", "no you can't", no, no, no" and I don't think that is possible to say no to every thing.
So you pick what is appropriate and what is not. Or pick your battle, because with kids (or the wifee) you can't win every time. That's a good thing the wifee isn't has no interest on this forum..
