If you have better insurance than the other guy, it is better to subrogate IMO. The process is also less hassel and normally less haggling is necessary.

So after talking to Infiniti and My Insurance, it was determined the car will be repaired. The Shop claims everything is fix able. Infiniti provided me with a checklist on what to look out for before I sign for the cars return. So only thing I can think of that I am losing is my rear vallance. I thought it was pretty cool the shop ordered my custom exhaust back instead of just getting an OEM. So hopefully the third attempt will be the last.

Good luck with everything man REALLY sorry to hear it. Had my car 4 months and already 2 accidents so I feel you on this one......1st was this idiot from the lane next to mine deciding to turn right instead of left and take half my fender/headlight/bumper with him.

Second.......those daym tints man! backing out on a tight street parking bumped the car behind me. Not a scratch or a dent on his bumper guard but i got a hole that makes my car look like it got raped!

Anyway man glad to hear everythings getting fixed hopefully this was the last of your troubles

Well looking at this post started at 6-25-09, A month and change later, I am picking up my G tomorrow. Last week the guy calls me telling me its ready and asks were I got the Megan from.... Big Doh! I told him it took a while to get mine because no one really carries them, they are ordered when you order. So they couldnt find a Megan Exhaust and the next one that would ready was at the end of August. So I got the Tanabe instead, thx for Amplified motorsports for helping locate one. Will post pics tomorrow of after.

****, the Megan exhaust is probably cheaper than the stock exhaust anyway!

Well I have to admit, Tanabe is Night and Day compared to the Megan. More Beefy and louder. Megan had its own exhaust note which was exotic, but it was a lot quitier on Idle. Tanabe has a deeper Tone. They are 2 different exhaust for 2 different customers imo.

Yeah, but I already have a stock exhaust at home, if they didnt replace it thats money out of my pocket.
