You'll get some BS response to that letter saying they appreciate your business and they're glad you were able to figure out your issue. I hope you mentioned the dealership in question in the letter.

Ummmm did you not read all the posts? It shows the BS letter i have already gotten lol. We all knew that would happen.But they did read it i guess and want me to call them back. So thats what ill do. And yes the dealerships name was the tittle.

Ha i got that oil change package added on my service plan. lol So i don't need anymore cus i can get them whenever i want lol. I really don't want anything out of this unless it's a new car. All i want is for just one person to understand the principal behind this. lol It's clearly not just me having feelings about this BS. I just wanted to be the one to bring it to their attention.
