Seems to me almost every set of wheels stolen happen in NY. Why is this?

with all these other crimes that get overlooked there is no way cops are going to look for g37 rims to arrest them if they have no reciept. Not gonna happen just be happy it doesnt happen to you. Its a recession people are hungry everywere eventually watever illegal business you have you will get caught so at the end you really cant do anything just keep an eye out and if you know like i know the people in my neiborhood that are into steeling car rims and things like That you will know who it was. Its not everybody that can leave your car and bricks take the rims all under an hour. You just have to watch out.....
o yea one more thing this kid i know that does some of cars wants to tell me he loves my rims if i want to do an insurance job lol guess what i told him. lol
