Were you home-schooled? Cuz you sure do talk good. Real good.

I'm 24 and I have Allstate here in CA and my insurance premium for my G37 is 350 bucks for 6 months. 250 for my S2000. Geico, Progressive and AAA wanted ridiculous amounts of money. Esurance and Safeco were pretty competitive, but I figured a much bigger company like Allstate would take care of me if anything were to happen, which has been proven a couple of times.

A great way to get a good rate is to go to an agent and let them know you're shopping around. This is how my rates are so great. Over the years, my premiums have dropped (originally started around 650 for my S2000).

I've raced shopping carts since I was like 10, so I've got mad driving skillz yo!

Driving since you were 12........sure.....whatever you say. Sitting on your parent's lap while you're on an empty back road doesn't count. What a tool. If you are on a F1 team, what are you? The water boy? The visor wiper guy? PROVE IT!

I used to push Tonka trucks around my back yard since I was 4. Does that make me 3 times better than you as a driver?

I kid I kid.

Did this kid really just say he was on a Formula One team? You wouldn't happen to have an ALT account on here asking how to install NOS on your G would you?

Pay as you Drive Insurance

When "pay-as-you-drive" insurance eventually comes to California you might check this out...for drivers that drive under 10K per year the discounts available would be worth it (up to 25% max), but you have to drive responsibly or risk getting dung with an increase! And they know via a device plugged into your OBD port!

Both of you may be missing the point. It’s not that I’m paying too much for auto insurance, nor am I looking to change companies after being with them for nearly 50 years. It’s that an unanticipated rate increase on my new G37 stems from the driving habits of some, most likely from the under 25 group, who have demonstrated bad driving records to USAA. Considering that I got a good drivers discount, the rate increase is ironically unfair.
