HELP: Warranty Question

I was in an accident in my G37 a few weeks ago while out of town. The Infiniti dealership in Augusta does not have a body shop so I had to have the car fixed at a local shop. They had to replace the "Right under cover" or the panel under the passenger door. Since then I've gotten the car home, but have noticed that there is a good bit of wind noise coming from the right door at speeds of 70 or higher (gets louder as the car gets faster). My question is should I be taking the car in to the local Infiniti dealership and will it be covered by the warranty? Or should I go back to Augusta, where it was repaired (100 miles away, plus time off from work) and hope they can fix it? Infiniti would be my first choice, as they're local and should know what they're doin

if you bring it to the dealer, they will tell you that they did not do the work.

the body shop, if reputable, will have a warranty on all repairs to a car. typically limited lifetime.

sadly, i think your only option will be to bring it back to the body shop.

ask your insurance company about this. maybe they can arrange for it to be fixed locally and get reimbursement from the original shop? just a thought.

Thats not a bad idea, think I'll try that first.

Another question for you experts here: There is also a slight vibration from 'under the seat' at 60-70ish, any idea what that could be? Tire balance?

No it wasn't, the front right wheel was ruined in the accident, back right wheel was scratched as well, so they put the front left to the back right and put the two new ones in the front.

sounds like a wheel balance issue to me.
