Newbie looking to buy but have some questions

I am looking to pick up a g37x coupe or sedan but I was wondering

1. If the X coupe suffers from the seat issue or if's only the sport model

2. Does the X coupe suffer from the same intermittent chugging/ lurching with the revs dropping (limp mode) as the sedan

Hey man, welcome to MyG37! I drive the x coupe and can confirm that the leather seat isn't necessarily the best...at least on the driver side, but since it's under warranty, they'll take care of it. I just have to take it to the dealership for them to vacuum the air out or something.

As for the second question, I personally haven't had any issues with the reported chugging/lurching with revs dropping. I have over 4700 km on it so far and bought it end of Dec/08. I LOVE this ride...so go to the dealership and pick one up...you won't regret it!

Thanks for the replies, I guess if more people had issues with the engine more would be complaining.

As far as the seats, isn't that covered up to 1year 12,000 mile adjustment period and not the full term of the warranty or extended warrenty?

Have not heard of the engine chugging problem? Seats, yep, covered under warranty and yes the leather blows! Infiniti got cheap with the leather but you're good until your warranty is finished.
