I just got a base Black/stone 08,one of the last in Ca & i got it for 31k +tax etc.So i was just curious who here drives the base model coupe? What do you think of it? Do you regret it?

I found the last '08 IP sport without a sunroof - base model. Shipped from CA to AZ - . I'm too tall for the sunroof. I'd rather have the base G than any other car out there... no regrets.

 

i drive the base journey so close enough? I have regrets, no lips on our bumpers! But im starting to grow fond of the base bumper.

Yes. The sunroof in a sense is "on top" of the interior roof because of the way it operates, and therefore your actual roof is lower. My guess is that where the sunroof is is where the roof would be without the sunroof.

 

i drive a base model 08 black/stone from CA, love it, paid about 30.5k usd..

there is a lip for non-sport bumper, someone is selling one right now :P

Congrats on the new ride. I've seen a few base G37 modded on here and they look good (ie: StillBallin37)

 

My Dealer said the base model don't exist lol

 

I think on the 09s it is very rare to find one. When I got mine from Fields Infiniti in IL it was one of four 08 base models that they got in their inventory for the whole year. Now the only 09s they have are awd. I don't think they are going to get 09s until they run out the 08s they have left (4 or 5) or until May/June.
