Infiniti will mail you a detailed checklist of things that they will inspect a few months prior to your return date. They definitely take into account your tire tread, so if you are getting close to bald, it is cheaper for you to replace them on your own, otherwise they will charge you the dealership cost of tires.

Must have 4/32 of tire tread left when turning the car back in. As far as anything else is concerned, I have no idea what "all tha craps" you are referring too or what you're even talking about..

Not to thread jack (and I'm sorry that I am)...but since it was already mentioned, and I'm still a newbie....what is the starting tread on our stock Bridgestone tires? I had my first 3 month/3750mi service done Friday and it said my front tires has 9/32nd tread, and my rears had 8/32nd tread. Are these numbers normal?

No. Take a look under the Wheels/Tires thread. Owners are using Michelin Pilot Sport A/S with success (but more expensive than OEM), also I think Black Betty is using Yokohama S Drives. So there are choices....just not many.
