to me it personally doesn't matter, everyone has their own expenses and budgets to look for..however when i do see one i usually throw up a peace sign and they usually smile back and wave...plus the non-sport front bumper is really growing on me, especially when a couple of members have their G's dropped on decent wheels. But in the end like all owners said a G is a G no matter what packages or options put on.

lol for the most part yes. also bigger brakes and sport seats.

if people plan on leaving car stock, then yes the S is better. If you plan on lowering it and modding it, then save some cash upfront and get the non-S. unless the bumper is that big of a deal, which I personally like the non-S bumper over the fake vent look anyways.

I personally didn't have a choice at getting the S since the X doesn't offer it. Nothing a new set of wheels and a drop won't fix

Don't forget the big *** brakes that come with the S, to get an aftermarket BBK you are going to spend around $2k.

I got the Sport (S) because of the stick.... otherwise I think I would've been happy if there actually was a regular base G with a stick.

Though, now that I think of it, I'm glad I got the S...

I got the s too because I wanted a 6 speed. Whenever I see people driving non-s g37s i always think of my friends who got their car in auto because they can't drive stick and how I made fun of them about that.

One friend has an S4 in auto and another has the g35 sedan (current body style) in auto.

Nothing worse than an "S" snob! It seems as if a lot of g35 coupe drivers shoot us the stink eye though! Whats up with that?

And we won't even get in to those snotty C-Dan drivers!

I look at the S and think "haha, too bad it's not an x. I can drive mine all winter and not change/buy winter tires"

J/K

Really though, I love all G's. People buy what they want, can't fault them for liking certain features or not.

I couldn't drive a non-S just because the base seats looks crappy. Thigh extensions FTW!

Another thread like this? Sheesh... get whatever you like, not everyone has a baller budget. A G is a G, base, semi-loaded, fully-loaded, all the same thing. Be grateful to be driving such an amazing, and beautiful car.

Having S isn't about baller budget. I have an S with sunroof as only option. 37.5k. Barely more than the base and I get the brakes, wheels etc.
