Superior quality for Europe?

Hey guys.
I live in Switzerland and Infiniti is opening a dealership a couple of miles away from where I live.
Anyways I had planed on buying an 09 in the US to then ship it here but im a bit confused now.
Just got a call from the dealership here in Geneva and was told that they ordered several G37s which is great but there are several things bothering me.

1. The price diff. In the US lets say 44k for a fully loaded G37s and here 74k chf = 63k USD!!! I was obviously leaning towards buying one in the US until...

2. I was told the finish inside the car was upgraded to meet german manufacturer standards (leather, everything) and over 650 parts
have been changed (brakes, cooling system, suspension etc...)

3. If I get it from the US I wont have guarentee and ill have to pay for services, on the other hand if purchased here for the first 3 services they will come pick up my car wherever it is and bring it back!!

My main concern is 2. I would hate to buy a G37 knowing theres a version with better equipped interior , leather, etc...
Have any of you heard or know about this?
Thanks in advance

Buy one there and then trade me headlights. I haven't heard of any different parts (brakes, cooling system, suspension etc...) for the European models.

Another reason im leaning towards buying one overseas is I would be able do drive it here with my NY plates and its quite the thing here to have foreign plates on a car that you never see.
So this salesman gave me a bunch of BS? Its good to know in advance cuz im seeing him tomorrow morning and ill be testdriving an 09. Cant wait, ill finally be seeing the car in person!

EDIT: I just noticed the G37 in Europe only has 310hp? Why the huge difference?

I have read that the euro version will have upgraded materials- beter carpeting leather etc... I'm not sure how many parts but it is very possible that your salesman is not fully BSing you.

Generally speaking I have noticed that Europeans have a higher standard of quality in considering their vehicles.
Americans are generally viewed as accepting of lower standards of quality. So I wouldn't be surprised at all if the cars had higher quality materials that were shipped there. In fact he Japanese version of these cars are built with some higher grade materials and options.

when i decided to buy my g37s in ukraine oficial dealer told me that car will be available only in june, and price will be around 70000usd , he also told me that american cars are not prepered for ukrainian winter and 3.7 engine works pretty bad on ukrainian fuel, anyway i bought car in fabruary 2008, car was from usa (california) .i bought car personally and price with registration payments was around 64000usd , for 1 year i made only 6000miles on it because infiniti is my third car and it was bought for plesure driving.
don't listen what dealer say, there is no big difference betwen european and american car's exept smaller place for rear number plate , red turning lights and speedometer with miles and kilometers on it.i don't think nissan will make for huge american market cars with bedder leather interior details than for european market which is big as market of one not big american state

Certainly do not want to miss out on, "3. If I get it from the US I wont have guarentee and ill have to pay for services, on the other hand if purchased here for the first 3 services they will come pick up my car wherever it is and bring it back!!" That's got to be worth some big bucks.
