The dealer lowered their asking price for the one you're looking at probably because of the condition of the car. I think its worth it. You can't beat 29k.

All the other stuff in the 2nd car the 1st one doesn't have is not worth 5k more looking at msrp. navi is 2200 and the kick plates, trunk mat, net, splash guards are like 750 total.

Er...the price hasn't been lowered, it's still $29K...

No what I was trying to say was that if the car were in pristine condition the dealership would be asking for more than 29k.

Ah, right. Yea, I got them to claim that they were originally asking around $33,400 for it and they've already taken it down as low as it can go.

Now I've found one that's apparently in pristine condition (owned by an Infiniti Regional Exec) and it has navi/splash guards/illuminated kick plates (which the $29k one doesn't have) and I've got the price down to $33,400 right now (what a coincidence!). I'm trying to get them to go lower though, as I still think that price is a bit too high, and I'm using the $29K one as a bargaining chip.

Do you have a link to it online or anything? This would help greatly in my effort to get the dealer to come down to around the $31,000 range?

What was their original asking price?

They had it posted online at cars.com but it has since been removed from the website. It was sold to me by Porter Infiniti in Newark Delaware. They were originally asking 34k I waited two weeks and they called me saying they lowered it to 31999 I jumped on it. The 4WAS was a surprise actually, I don't think the dealer knew it had it.

Check out this link though I was originally going to buy from this dealer and have it shipped to me. http://cars.adperfect.com/direct.htm...search+results

Cool, thanks. I'll see what they say to my last email to them and may need to use that link as ammo

How do you know if your car has the Tech package or 4WAS by looking at the car?

If it has tech it will have the ICC button on the steering wheel and a cutout in the front of the vehicle for the radar / laser sensor. For 4WAS the only way to know is to push the start button and see if the 4was light comes on with all the other system lights when it does it's light check.
