I say it depends on whether your going with an emblem or not, if not then the Gaila looks ok, but if you are, as much as I didn't like the bar either, it makes the emblem fit vs having it just sitting in the middle of a mesh.
To me the Stillen looks like the OEM grille the G37 Sport edition should have had from the start, the chrome egg slicer fit for a sedan just doesn't do it for me.

^^ i agree i love the look of my new stillen grill.. i guess it depends on the color of the car also.. grill looks great on a VR coupe maibe wont look so good on slate blue but idk it all comes down to wat u like..
