The G37s has the sports package, which includes: 19" rims, LSD, thigh support in seats, akebono brakes, different front bumper, sport suspension, among other things.
The g37x (AWD) has all wheel drive, but omits the sports package. The g37x also is only available in 7AT, no manual.

Nope, the S has offset wheels, you'll never find an AWD from the dealer with offset wheels and tires. It puts a strain on the AWD system, so they'll never make it at least with the same wheel and tires as a regular S model. Maybe something like the Sedan, they make a xS in the sedan, but it has the same wheels and tires front to back.
