AB is a nice color. If you like it then go for it. The cops are more worried about how you drive, not what color you are driving. Out of them all I'd say red would be the most eye catching though.
On a serious note though. BS FTW! It's a chameleon that blends with the surroundings.

I was originally going to order the Blue Slate. In the right light, it is absolutely one of the most beautiful colors I've ever seen on any car. However, the more I saw of it the more times I couldn't tell it was anything but gray (usually in overcast conditions or low light). Someone said it's a complex color, and that's a good description. If I lived in SoCal BS would be my color. Since overcast conditionns are common where I live, I decided on Athens Blue so I could enjoy the color more often. It may attract attention but that's okay. I didn't buy it to break any speed records.
Honestly, when I found my used BS in '08, I almost didn't make the drive to see it because I thought it was just dark gray. However, after I pulled up the dealership on a bright sunny day, I was sold!! If it's overcast, then it just looks like dark gray, which sucks. But the second any sun comes out, the reflections take on a pretty dark blue color.
I'm not even making this up, but everyone I know who sees my car... The first thing they compliment is the color. From a distance or in pictures, it just looks like another dark gray. But in person on a sunny day, there's nothing like it.
