Navigation in Europe??

Your best bet would be to get one out of a crashed car in a salvage yard except that there probably aren't any yet. Perhaps try a unit from a different Infiniti model maybe if you can get it cheap enough?
Yeah that's a good point. Although I would think paying some extra green for the Euro version might be worth it (I remember reading about it having additional features not available to us, right?)

The difference in navi still should be in the software though. Slap a Euro image on the HD and it should work. If that's not the case, I'd love to hear an explanation of how they implemented this restriction.
