Does Infiniti provide FREE alignment?

I think I've read this before...but can anyone confirm if Infiniti dealers give a FREE alignment before 12K miles? Is there anything out there stating it in writing? Need to go for my 11K oil change and wanted to be prepared before I inquire about the alignment.

Nothing is free unless they checked a curb with your car. Or you have a coupon

IF you are having a problem with your alignment and think that the car is pulling then take it to the dealer. Now with that being said.....Infiniti will perform an alignment on the car if it's still under the 12 months/12,000 mile mark and you havent hit any curbs or been doing anything stoopid !!! Fyi you didn't here it from me !!! LOL

I got my free alignment before 12,000/1year. I took it in at 9k miles after the tanabe springs install.

Took my car to the dealer, and SHOWED them that my car was pulling HARD to the left or right, yet they refuse to do it for free, even though they told me "Free Alignment Under 12K". They want to charge me 129.99 for an alignment.

One of the staff members claims that the alignment is free. Here is the clarification.

If the car is visibly pulling, then they will align it. Car must have less than 12000 miles on it, unmodified, and do a full lane change at highway speeds in under 7 seconds.

Just what I've heard

obviously. you altered the alignment settings of your car and expect them to try and correct it for free?
