thats false actually. 3.5 years/68k miles and my clear was still almost invisible from the front. you could barely see the line from the rear of the car. and leave those side stickers, they protect you from rocks!
I would get the PG unless you don't mind washing and waxing the car every few weeks. I have the OB and it's a pain washing it so often. I'm lazy though.
