You aren't happy with your AG colour?
Fact is I am realistic. I am 40 father of 2 kids. I live in Canada where our winters go from late November until Late March. We get lots of snow/ slush in winter and a fair bit of rain in spring and fall.
While the black is sexy, I do not see me devoting the time neded to make it look that wayall the time. So if it will only look nice 1-2d after each wash then that is not good for me. Ag and Pg should hide the winter slop better too.
Seems in certain light the 2 coours look almost identical. Is the AG a draker colour overall? Is it truly identical to the liquid metal grey version in Canada ( colour code k57). Is the purplish hue visible or is it an effect of photography in bright conditions. I have only seen the AG in person twice. one indoors at dealer and once on overcasst day and truth be told i never saw the purple hue.
I like a dark grey color and am hoping THe AG fits the bill.

I would say that BO is out if you are not going to spend a lot of time on it. The sexy shine will fade on any black car if not taken good care of. A silver car will look newer longer for anyone that doesnt wax and seal their car regularly. That is why silver cars are the #1 sellers, which is why Infiniti made 3 variations.
IMO, AG is definitely better than PG. AG catches the light much better than PG. I know there were pictures of them side by side when they first came out. I will try to dig them up.

I bought a BO, but I'll admit I would've taken AG if they had it available in my configuration when I was buying. Neither car was on the lot the first day at the dealership, and getting AG would put me on a two month waiting list. They threw a curve ball at me by transporting a BO the next day when I didn't even say I wanted one or the other. But when I saw it sitting in the garage all sparkly and brand new, I knew I couldn't resist. So I was "forced" to get BO but I have absolutely no regrets.

Well since we're busting out the pics, I thought I'd toss one in for the BO camp:
2008 BO, with Clear Bra by Premier Protection Films and fresh detail by Concours Finish.

am in Montreal.
going graphite interior.
really on the fence boutcolours. i lved the old grey from the previous gen coupe.
Now they gone and split hairs with 2 overly similar colours.
I originally was looking 335xi coupe and like the space metal grey and figured the AG was closest

OB is nice, gets dirty in the winter. but when spring rolls around and the first detailing after the winter is like finding a hidden gem. the warm weather is here and the car get's a spring cleaning.....good times
