Compliment from a cop
Got pulled over yesterday. I took a long, winding off ramp at about 80-85 mph to test handling. Though under a decent amount of throttle, I was completely under control. Cop asked me if I know why he pulled me over. Of course my answer is
"No officer, what's seems the be the problem?"
His exact words: "Well, I was driving behind you for a while. Considering the fact that I'm in a police cruiser with an intercepter engine and stood no chance of keeping up with you on that offramp, I'm sure you know that you were driving way too fast."
"Oh really? Wow, I didn't even realize it. I could have sworn I was driving within the limit. I apologize if it appeared I was travelling fast. I was completely under control and barely had my foot on the gas."
Here's where it gets good...
"Look... You have an awesome car and all, and I'm sure this thing handles like it's on rails, but we do have limits that we abide by because we can't always control our surroundings. The fact that you have a vehicle capable of travelling smoothly at such high speeds doesn't give you an exemption from the regular traffic laws."
"Just slow it down a little, alright?"
Taps my rear window twice as he turns back to his car.
I think that's the first time I've ever gotten off so easily. My old rice burner STi brought in so many tickets it wasn't even funny anymore. My lawyer actually began doing a "fix 3, get one free deal" package deal with me.

There's a hot chick officer state trooper that I see all the time.. I want to get pulled over sooo bad. I also did some spirited driving last night after washing/waxing my car.. I love my car.

LOL nice! I have a similar story...
I got clocked going up a long mountain road rushing to work at 121mph in a 45 zone. I didn't even see the cop. 4 miles later i slowed down while entering town (traffic) and sure as hell flashing lights, siren, and all I get pulled over.
"son do you realize how fast you were going"
of course not...
"it took me 4 miles to catch up to you. you do realize that was a 45mph zone?"
of course not...
Well after explaining that i was in a rush to work because one guy quit and my business needed me up there asap (40 miles away from my house), the state trooper lets me off with a traffic signal violation and a typical "slow it down."
I was amazed to say the least
