Front license plate questions
#61
Okay guys, this is what i do.
I put the license plate in the glove compartment (with those sucktion caps on it)
And IF i get pulled over (I've never got pulled over for not having a license plate in TX for more than a YEAR)
I'll get out the license plate i put in the glove compartment and tell the officer
"oops, it fell off my window while i was driving so i didn't have chance to put it back up"
So i don't even have it on display on the window really. Just have it. And pull it out b4 officer gets to your car. Maybe pretending like ur getting ur insurance ready.
edit: well i just got the G, but i did that with my TL type S.

honestly, I just use the factory supplied license plate frame, attach license plate to frame using small zip ties and the frame to the bumper using industrial strength velcro from Home Depot. That way, it's not permanent and no holes need in the car.
Also, the glue on the velcro is pretty strong; bit of work with goo-b-gone and the bumper looks fine.
