There's a simple, default explaination: "It's the user". That works in almost all situations, even sex...don't ask me how, but it does.

Are you serious? I would be raising hell with that dealership. Have you thought about suing? They owe you!! They could have gotten units from another dealer.

This is not true. Lemon Law does not require a lawyer and it can be for anything, not just engine issues. If you have any specifics I will be happy to address.

No major problems with mine. There is some minor stuff but I've learned to just tune it out

I've got a bad Bluetooth module, but you have to replace the whole thing. So, I've been waiting for about 3 months for my replacement NAV/Audio/Bluetooth/Media box unit. The cars' been in twice to install the replacement, both times after taking the old unit out, they discovered they had the wrong replacement unit

I waited about a month in between each time - back ordered story, and should be getting the call anytime for that third shot. I was promised a free oil change for my inconvenience.

So someone said the replacement units offer the full voice command set??? Is this speculation or confirmed? That would be great if true and make the wait a little more worthwhile

But at least I have audio.

except for a rattle that shows up on only 1 road I drive, no other problems...6800 miles since April

No full voice commands on the new units. The reason there is the hold up is because the units that were sitting on parts shelves were also defective, so they had to be sent back to Japan to be refurbished. They are sending new units that were just recently made out to the cars that are waiting for units, so you will get a new one, but it will not have full voice commands, at least mine didn't.
