Which car holds the best resale value?

You'd be surprised to see which car made it to the #2 spot:

Nice... This is good news. Not really surprising as the G has always had good resale, but good to see it published.

Nice but still means that my G will only be worth $25K in about another year and a half. But thats how it goes.

Not really sure how they come up with a 3 year basis when the car itself isnt even a year old.

^^I thought the same thing but that is just the percent of the value they expect it to hold.

Not sure if I would go by this survey. I mean, there aren't that many G37 on the road period (one of the reasons why I got it instead of 335).

It's not about the number of the cars on the road. The rating is based on the car itself.

back in may infiniti got second (only behind porsche) in some automobile award thing.. i think it was reliability or value or something.

i guess this is kind of on topic; although probably very old.

that 1 series looks real good with the yellow calipers, if that matters.

FWIW, I wanted to grab me the new 135 before the G37, except, well, i had a 335i vert and i felt it was a downgrade. Also, their lease payments at the time was about the same as the 335i vert, so scratched that out.

They might have factored the G35 into the equation. Also, I'm sure that if you look at the patterns from enough cars you can tell a lot by the resale value after only a few months.

The 1 series looks like a 3 series with down syndrome.
