Fixed one thing, broke the other

Just got my car back from Cerritos Infiniti yesterday. Thanks to April, my seat leather bubbles are now fixed. Looks brand new. They replaced the trim and I think put in firmer foam. No complaints there.

But when I asked for an oil change, she called me back saying they can't pop my hood. I went to pick up the car and sure enough, the latch only releases on the driver side. The passenger side does not work so only 1 side pops. One of the guys there said my hood release handle is only coming up half way and that you should be able to pull it up even more (but you can't). I'm going to have to go back Friday

Has anyone had this problem?

At least you got your seat bubble fixed. That's cool. Does the seat still have the same comfort as before????

If I had my car already at the dealer and they called me and said they can't pop the hood, I would tell them to call me when THAT is fixed too, not go get my car and make plans to bring it back AGAIN later...........
(next time tell us the reason why you did not do this in original posts and avoid comments like these)

No, they've replaced the foam with a wooden board or something solid......jk yea it feels the same as before.

Haha yea, they called me later during the day before they were about to close for the day. I've had the loaner for the long weekend and wanted to have my car back for a bit . Sure, I could've just kept the loaner and went back another day to pick it up. But I had planned on getting the Greddy exhaust from Lou this week (and that I missed driving my car), so I picked it up as originally planned. The dealership is 10 min from where I live so it's not that bad. It just sucks that it's another problem I have to spend time for......
